Data is useless without action. Too many organisations drown in dashboards that don’t drive decisions. At MEBYT we bridge the gap between boardroom metrics and channel optimisation with a layered approach to analytics.

Our first step is ensuring the right data exists: events, conversions and revenue must be tracked cleanly across all channels. Then we build a tiered KPI map – from executive metrics like revenue and profit down to channel‑level stats like CTR and CPC.

We visualise this in a Looker Studio template covering executive overview, acquisition performance, funnel conversion, creative effectiveness, cohort retention and experiment results. Operators can filter by engine, channel and timeframe to isolate issues and opportunities.

Most importantly, dashboards are tied to weekly and monthly decision rituals. Numbers prompt conversations, experiments and changes. Data by itself doesn’t grow a business – but data married to disciplined decisions does.
