Metrics That Actually Matter

Performance

Not all metrics are created equal. Vanity metrics like impressions and followers feel good but say little about the health of your business. Real growth comes from watching the numbers that tie directly to revenue and profit.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) tells you how much you spend to acquire a customer. Lifetime Value (LTV) measures the revenue that customer brings over their relationship with you. The ratio between LTV and CAC is your compass: greater than three and you can usually scale sustainably.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) reveals the efficiency of your media investment. But ROAS alone can mislead – it must be paired with conversion rates, retention metrics and margin contribution to see the whole picture.

At MEBYT we build dashboards that connect boardroom KPIs to channel level metrics. That way founders and operators see the same truth and can make decisions fast. Focus on the metrics that matter and ignore the noise.
